At ACE 2025, IIM Calcutta hosted an insightful panel discussion on “Reimagining Leadership Through Digital”, exploring how leadership must evolve alongside rapid digital transformation while staying deeply human at its core. The session was chaired by Prof. Soumyakanti Chakraborty (Management Information Systems Group) and Prof. Anupama Kondayya (Organizational Behaviour Group). The panel featured Souvik Das (Associate Partner, IBM Consulting Global Solutioning | SMP ’04), Monikaa Chawwla (Department Manager, Usha International | APMP ’07), Kumar Rohit (Country Manager & Director, Applus Iteuve India | SMP ’17), and Jewel Chatterjee (VP – Delivery & Transitions Lead, Accenture | APSPM ’02). The discussion covered AI, agentic AI, emerging technologies, ethics, and cybersecurity, emphasising that successful digital leadership demands innovation with empathy, responsible speed, and technology that serves people and organisational purpose.
