-
Description: The following matters require immediate attention to ensure smooth academic and operational functioning:
-
Class Schedule:
- The new timetable for additional classes must be circulated immediately.
-
Question Paper Submission:
- A follow-up circular should be issued, requesting faculty members to submit question papers by 25th September 1978.
-
DVC Medal Manufacturing:
- Shri Dipak Chatterjee has been advised to get the DVC Medal manufactured by any goldsmith, as Mr. P.C. Chatterjee, the regular supplier, has declined the job. The additional cost will be covered by the PGP Fund.
-
Transport Arrangement:
- One car should be allotted to PGP to bring faculty in the morning and drop them in the late afternoon/evening (for extra classes) between 20th September and 6th October 1978. If an institute vehicle is unavailable, transport should be arranged externally. The Director has approved this.
-
PGP Hostel Maintenance:
- The Provost should ensure corrective measures like disinfection and water supply maintenance at the PGP Hostel are completed before 20th September 1978.
-
Student Result Concern:
- The case of Shri Jalannavsay should be reviewed in light of the faculty resolution regarding his long-term results.
-
Scholarship Policy:
-
A note should be prepared outlining the scholarship awarding process, as per faculty decisions. Shri D. Chatterjee can be consulted for further details.
