The image brings together a distinguished group of faculty members and associates who played a significant role in shaping the formative years of IIM Calcutta. Seated in the front row (from left to right) are: Prof. Alfred (Organization), Prof. Shiv Gupta (Quantitative Methods), Prof. Warren Bennis (Behavioural Sciences), Registrar Major (Retd.) Krishnaswamy, Prof. Glen D. Camp (Quantitative Methods), Prof. J. K. Chandy, Prof. Krishnamoorthy (Quantitative Methods), Prof. Miles Kennedy (Information Systems/Accounting & Finance), Prof. Balakrishnan (Behavioural Sciences), Prof. John Thomas (Organization), and Prof. Ravi Mathai (Marketing). Many of these individuals joined the Institute at a later stage.
